Gluten is a composite of the proteins gliadin and glutenin. These proteins are found in the endosperms of some grass-like grains such as wheat, rye and barley. Gluten-free food is friendly for all the people even those, who doesn´t have to eat gluten-free. Food without gluten is lighter and much more easier to digest.

Let us convince you, that gluten-free food is not a taste less food, but much more. Try our home made bread, excelent dumplings and traditional Czech sauces, like from our mothers.
